9 Work-Life Balance Tips for Busy Parents [INFOGRAPHIC]

If you are a parent, you have probably a lot of things you have to manage at the same time: taking care of the kids, spending time with your family, spending time with yourself and earning a living (either by working for someone else, by building your own business or even, by doing the both!).

It may sometimes be difficult to put all the pieces together and that's when this infographic comes handy. It shows you, a busy parent, how to balance all the things in your life, so that things stay in control.

  1. I love the inforgraphic, Timo!

It’s really important to make time for everything — and everyone — in your life, especially when you work from home, like I do.

As an editor, writer, and a someone who helps the average person become a published author, I spend a lot of time on my laptop. However, I make sure that I create time in my schedule where I can “unplug” and spend it doing leisurely activities, like playing cards with my parents, having dinner with my son, taking a TV show, reading a book, or visiting my niece and nephew.

All work and no play makes for a very frustrated person!

It is wonderful that you are helping others realize this, too. :)

Keep up the good work, and remember, I’m ready to help YOU turn your ebook into a print book whenever you are. ;)

    • Hi Lorraine!

Yes, knowing that you can unplug is very important.

Too often we just focus on working and don’t pay enough attention to leisure activities.

And yes, I’ll keep your name on my mind, when turning my book into print :)

      Cheers,
      Timo
